Well it was a bitter sweet Halloween for me. I went to work today and was "let go". After working there for almost 20 years I was let go. I was kinda shocked. It is also my 1 year anniversary with my beautiful wife. Hopefully I will find a new job soon. Considering what happen today, All in all a good Halloween. I hope everyone on the east coast is doing ok.

I am a big fan of Dia De Los Muertos. I love the art of it. In fact I have one arm tattooed in al Dia De Los Muertos stuff. My really good friend decided to do a yard display this year. Being he is of Mexican decent, he decided to do a Dia De Los Muertos theme for his Halloween display. I gave him a cheesey skeleton I bought from Kmart and a skull I had. This is what he came up with so far.
Every year around this time it gets windy. Really windy. I have most of my yard haunt up, just because I don't want to have to do the mad rush on Halloween night. Well tonight it was really windy. I went outside to check on everything and it looked like a tornado hit my yard. My pumpkin headed scarecrow fell down and took out 2 tombstones and a dead tree. Almost all the tombstones were scattered around the yard. So I go to clean up the mess and I pick up my pumpkin headed scarecrow to see his face completely shattered. DAMMIT!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh well. At least i have time to go buy another funkin for it. Does anyone else have a weather related descructo story?
